New Lord Norman Foster designed yacht launches next month
The YachtPlus super-yacht is a fractional ownership option in the Caribbean and Mediterranean
YachtPlus are a company specialising in fractional ownership of yachts. In conjunction with designer Lord Norman Foster, they will be releasing their 'Signature Series' craft in September. The total cost is $16m and with 8 owners of each vessel, the cost is $2m for ownership.
Lord Foster is rightly proud of this new yacht and is “excited by the challenges posed by the YachtPlus fleet, starting with the design of the 40 'Signature Series'”. Foster and Partners bought their experience of luxury hotels, giving a fresh approach to yacht design.
The Yacht is in the late stages of build at the high tech Rodriquez Cantieri Navale yard in Northern Italy. They have consistently won awards for the high quality of their construction.
The yacht is different from the competitors due to the much larger deck space and improved interior comfort. YachtPlus was established in early 2005.
